July 24-27th - 9am - 11am
Please bring the following items along with you to register your child(ren):
* Original birth certificate
* Social Security Card
* GA Immunization Form 3231
* GA Vision, Dental, Hearing and Nutrition Form 3300
* Parent ID
* Proof of Residence
* Last Report Card showing promotion to the next grade
